If you’re looking for a crowd-pleasing events venue in Singapore, or have been tasked with organising a group gathering among friends, look no further than Brotzeit.

Since our four outlets literally cover the island, you can choose the location most convenient for you and your guests.

Our original and largest outlet at VivoCity offers indoor and outdoor seating areas and a stunning view of the holiday isle of Sentosa. Our centrally located urban outlet at Raffles City Shopping Centre is a great spot to soak up the city vibes and watch the passing parade. Our smallest but still sizeable outlet at Katong is located in the heritage-rich east of Singapore, and our outlet at Westgate is a popular after-work hangout in Singapore’s up and coming second central business district in Jurong East.

Brotzeit can comfortably accommodate groups from 16 to 220 pax. Events can occupy a section of one of our restaurants, or even the entire restaurant. All of our restaurants offer outdoor or semi-alfresco seating areas.

Corporate Events – Mixing Business with Pleasure

Brotzeit is a great choice for all types of corporate events, from business lunches and team dinners to company-wide D&Ds and appreciation dinners for your most valued customers and partners.

In addition to taking care of the food and drinks, we are happy to help with the sourcing and booking of entertainment. Our small but stellar lineup of regular performers, from brass bands to jazz ensembles, extend preferential rates that we are happy to pass on to our customers.

As every diligent host knows, planning and hosting a party is seldom a piece of cake. Orchestrating hot dishes to be served before they go cold, juggling the pouring of drinks with the serving of food, and greeting guests at the same time – it’s a tall order, to say the least. 

Instead of attempting to pull off this superhuman feat alone, let Brotzeit® do the work for you. All the host needs to do is sit back, enjoy, and wait for the compliments to come pouring in. 

Whatever you’re celebrating, be it a milestone birthday party, a class reunion, a welcome or farewell dinner, or a sporting victory, Brotzeit® will always rise to the occasion. Our passionate kitchen crew and wait staff take large and spirited groups in their stride.

We’re happy to accommodate your banners and balloons, and can arrange a table for cake-cutting and gift collection.

The Ideal Way to Feed a Crowd

For events food catering, we strongly recommend our famous sharing platters. Our signature crispy pork knuckles, premium sausages, roast and fried chicken, and schnitzels can be served in various combinations, together with sumptuous seafood, fresh salads and generous sides.

Sharing platters ensure optimal serving temperature and optimal enjoyment – whisked from our grills and ovens straight to your tables. Polite guests do not have to stand on ceremony and wait for the last main to reach the table before tucking in. They really are the perfect solution to feeding a crowd. That said, we are also happy to customise a menu with a choice of individual mains, or a combination of sharing platters and individual mains. We are flexible and always aim to cater not only to your guests, but also to your culinary preferences and budgetary requirements.

For events drinks catering, we highly recommend 3L party kegs of our premium imported German draught beers. We also serve award-winning German whiskies, wine and beer cocktails, wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and tea and coffee. An open tab or a drinks menu of selected free-flow beverages – the choice is yours.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    With four restaurants in central locations, we can accommodate all types of events, from cosy groups of 16 to grand affairs of 220 pax. Corporate events that can be held at Brotzeit® include business lunches and dinners, annual company D&Ds, farewell dinners and customer appreciation dinners. Private events include birthday parties, farewell parties, seasonal cultural celebrations, graduation parties, sporting victory and end-of-season celebrations, and many more.

    We have a limited number of vegetarian and gluten-free items on our regular menu, and are happy to serve vegan, gluten-free, egg-free and lactose-free dishes on request, by prior arrangement. Please inform our events planning team if any of your guests have food allergies or special dietary requirements.

    Larger events with guest lists of 100 pax and above are ideally booked a month or two in advance, while smaller events can usually be accommodated with a fortnight’s notice. However, we will always do our utmost to accommodate last-minute bookings, subject to availability.

    Our friendly events planning team will guide you every step of the way, from menu planning and seating arrangements to entertainment sourcing and booking (if required).

    With sufficient notice, any of our four restaurants can be fully booked for corporate and private events, subject to availability. Within our restaurants we have a number of semi-enclosed indoor and outdoor seating areas of various sizes, as well as self-contained private dining rooms.
