Terms & Conditions
- You may sign up for a Brotzeit® Stammtisch account via its dedicated web-portal and app. An account will be opened under your name. You may update your personal particulars via the Brotzeit® Stammtisch web-portal, Brotzeit® app, or in store at any time.
- You may register and hold only one (1) Brotzeit® Stammtisch account at a time. No minimum spending is required to sign up for a Brotzeit® Stammtisch account.
- Brotzeit® Stammtisch account tiers are named BLACK, RED and GOLD; BLACK represents the entry-level tier and GOLD represents its highest available tier.
- All Brotzeit® Stammtisch accounts are non-transferable and expire after 12-months, if unused.
- Upgrades to tiers ‘Red’ and ‘Gold’ require an accumulated visits in-store of 4 visits and 12 visits respectively, within 12 months of membership. Your new status will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of upgrade, unless another upgrade is in order.
- Upgrades/Downgrades are done automatically and with immediate effect, once the above conditions are met.
- All Brotzeit® Stammtisch account holders enjoy a 10% rebate on their nett in-store spending**, in form of Bz$ collected; for every $1 nett spending, 1 Bz$ rebate worth 10 cents will be assigned to your account.
- To earn or to redeem Brotzeit® Stammtisch rebate Bz$, please present your personal details for verification at the point-of-sale. Account balances of multiple Brotzeit® Stammtisch accounts may not be combined in any single transaction.
- Nett in-store spending’ refers to the amount you spend on any in-store purchase, excluding 10% service charge and 8% goods & services tax (GST), gift vouchers, other promotional vouchers, promo codes with brotzeit® and/or the redemption amount of previously-earned rebates used to pay for this purchase. Comma values will be rounded down to the nearest $ amount.
- Bz$ collected may be redeemed against your subsequent in-store purchases/spending.
- Bz$ collected is not redeemable for cash.
Brotzeit® dollars automatically expire within 12 months from the date of issue.
By registering for a Brotzeit® Stammtisch account and providing your personal particulars you consent for Brotzeit Pte Ltd and its management to contact you for marketing purposes via email and phone alike. Some of your contact information may be shared with third-party marketing service providers meant to improve assistance and services to our club members.
- Brotzeit® reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions governing Brotzeit® Stammtisch including its privileges and benefits without prior notice.
- Account holders may access the prevailing terms and conditions via the Brotzeit® app.
- These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law and, for purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, no party other than Brotzeit Pte Ltd and its registered Brotzeit® Stammtisch account holders shall be entitled to claim any benefit hereunder.
