This refreshed offering reimagines traditional German fare through a contemporary lens, staying true to Brotzeit’s commitment to premium quality, hearty social dining, and the warm, vibrant spirit of Gemütlichkeit.

While we proudly stay true to classic recipes that define German culinary heritage, we’ve also introduced seasonal highlights and more inclusive offerings (such as vegetarian dishes and lighter lunch options) to make the experience more dynamic, enjoyable, and accessible for every guest.

At the heart of Brotzeit’s new offerings is an exclusive spotlight on Weihenstephan (officially the world’s oldest brewery) with a history dating back nearly a thousand years to its origins as a Benedictine monastery brewery. Once the Royal Bavarian State Brewery, Weihenstephan continues today as a state-directed enterprise under the Bavarian Government, blending centuries of tradition with modern innovation. Situated on Weihenstephan Hill and closely linked to the Technical University of Munich, this unique heritage allows Weihenstephan to craft a diverse range of beers to the highest standards of quality. Now, Brotzeit Singapore proudly offers exclusive access to this legendary brewery. Whether enjoyed by the pint, shared from our signature 3L barrel, or paired with our Bavarian brunch, every pour is a true taste of German brewing mastery.
For those seeking lighter indulgence, Brotzeit offers an excellent selection of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic brews, perfect for any occasion without compromising on enjoyment. Featured on the menu are refreshing options such as the Warsteiner Fresh – a crisp, alcohol-free pilsner with all the character of its classic counterpart; the WILD Fine Orange Spritz Alkoholfrei — a vibrant, citrus-forward alternative inspired by classic spritz cocktails; and the German classic Krombacher Spezi 1965 — a beloved blend of cola and orange soda that has been a favourite in Germany for decades. Whether you’re taking a mid-day break, toasting with friends, or simply looking for a lighter option, Brotzeit’s non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages offer something for every taste.

Weekend Brunch Like No Other: Introducing the Weihenstephan Früschoppen Brunch
Launching alongside the new menu is the all-new Weihenstephan Früschoppen Brunch: a relaxed, weekend-only Bavarian brunch experience running from 21 June to 7 September. Available on weekends and public holidays, the brunch features classic dishes thoughtfully paired with premium beers.
Guests can enjoy this unique brunch at $49++ per adult, with special pricing for children aged 6–12 at $20++, and children under 6 dine free. Enhance your experience with a 2-hour free-flow drinks package at $58++, which includes all draught beers, selected house wines, prosecco, Aperol spritz, Hugo, alcohol-free beer, BRLO Grapefruit Radler, WILD 0% Spritz, and a selection of soft drinks.
