Our recent Weihenstephan Get-Together at Brotzeit VivoCity was nothing short of beer-illiant! Guests were treated to a fun-filled evening of good vibes, free-flow Weihenstephan beer, hearty small bites, and spirited conversations—all against the warm, gemütlich backdrop Brotzeit is known for.
A huge Danke schön to Marcus Englet, Head of Export from the world’s oldest brewery, Weihenstephan, for joining us and sharing the rich stories (and flavours!) behind each pour.
Marcus gave guests a quick but flavourful introduction to the three Weihenstephan stars currently on tap at Brotzeit Singapore:
Weihenstephan Hefeweissbier
Light and creamy, with fruity flavours of banana and cloves mixed with malt. It has a naturally cloudy, pale amber appearance and is a great choice to relax after a long day with a Pretzel or one of our Brotzeit signature sausages.
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel
The darker sibling of the famous Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier (wheat beer). Crafted for those who truly appreciate and understand bier, the Hefeweissbier Dunkel, a traditional German dark wheat ale. Your perfect companion at the bar or dining table. Goulash soup or your favourite Rösti is a perfect match.
Weihenstephaner Original Helles
Golden straw-coloured with mild biscuit aromas and enticing hop flavours. A shining example of Old Bavaria’s native beverage of choice. Pairs well with our signature pork knuckle and schnitzels of your choice.
And the best part? Guests got an exclusive teaser of the upcoming Weihenstephan Festbier, a special brew traditionally served during Oktoberfest. It’s rich, malty, and designed for celebration—so get ready for a whole lot of prosting this September!
